Holding a Master’s degree in Economics from the prestigious Paris-Dauphine University, I also completed part of my studies in the United States, where I became fully bilingual and developed a lasting affinity for the international realm.
For nearly 20 years, I have been assisting both French and international clients with all their real estate projects, helping them navigate legal differences and optimize their tax strategies, enabling them to invest with complete peace of mind.
Moreover, with my extensive experience in high-end real estate, I am adept at offering access to a trusted network of professionals (architects, notaries, lawyers, contractors, decorators…).
As a certified real estate valuation expert (with certifications and memberships in REV, TEGOVA, and SNPI), I am able to ensure an accurate valuation of their property, followed by the development of a tailored commercial strategy.
This holistic support of prominent French and international families, as well as institutions, has enabled us to successfully manage transactions ranging from one hundred and fifty thousand euros to twenty-two million euros, efficiently handling the sale of diverse properties such as apartments, villas, private mansions, buildings, commercial spaces, and plots of land.
